We are looking for a Solicitor with a minimum of 3 -4 yrs PQE with experience in to join our friendly team:
* Drafting complex wills
* Dealing with complex probates
* Setting up and administering trusts
* Advising on tax
* Declarations of trust and pensions
Court of Protection experience would be an advantage. Candidates should have experience of working with high net worth clients. Candidates should be target orientated, have a positive and flexible approach and want to be part of a growing department.
