In line with their plans for further growth, the firm now seeks to appoint another senior solicitor with about 10 years+ qualified experience to join their specialist team. Ideally based in the Midlands, you must understand the importance of contacts and networking and be able to generate your own caseload through existing contacts, client referrals and ongoing marketing activity (including the firm’s websites.) The firm offers ongoing close support in all elements of the role. You must have a very good "bedside manner", excellent technical ability and experience of handling a broad range of commercial work and maybe corporate transactional work.. You will be a confident, self-motivated lawyer with excellent IT skills who enjoys working as part of an integrated team but who thrives in an autonomous environment. You are unlikely to be below 30 years of age. You must be confident that many of your existing clients will follow you.
